To join our practice, simply call our main number during regular office hours to make an appointment with one of our pediatric providers. To help expedite your first visit, please print, fill-out and bring the following forms to our office at the time of your appointment.

Care Team Approach
Thanks to the families who have entrusted us with the extraordinary opportunity of providing care to their children, Stapleton Pediatrics has become an established and thriving practice. Just as parents must adjust their parenting focus and techniques as their children grow, so too, Stapleton Pediatrics makes every effort to accommodate our growth. Consequently, to ensure easy access to appointments and to maintain a small practice feel, Stapleton Pediatrics created Care Teams!


Care Teams consist of two pediatricians and one or two mid-level providers. The purpose of this team approach is to limit the number of pediatric providers that each patient and/or family sees on a regular basis. Certainly, individuals always have the choice of which provider to see; however, by typically being seen by one Care Team, we can provide the highest quality and the best continuity of care while patients and families become more familiar and more comfortable with only a small number of pediatric providers.


To join a Care Team, a patient or family simply needs to choose a Primary Care Pediatrician. By mentioning this pediatrician's name when scheduling an appointment, our staff will make every effort to schedule the appointment with that pediatrician; or if challenged due to scheduling conflicts, our staff will offer an appointment with the other pediatrician or mid-level/s on your pediatrician's Care Team. For example, when making an appointment with Dr. Amy, if both the patient and Dr. Amy's schedules are compatible, then an appointment will be scheduled with Dr. Amy. If however, either the patient or Dr. Amy cannot find a mutual time for an appointment, our staff will offer an appointment with either Dr. Noah or Robyn. Our Care Teams are as follows:
