Texas Tennis and Education Foundation Junior Competitive Player Travel Reimbursement Grant is available to assist competitive junior players with their travel expenses to National Junior Tournament Schedule events or ITF schedule events.
Presented annually through Billie Jean King WTT Charities, Inc. Recipients must be between the ages of 14 and 21, have diabetes and must play tennis competitively in tournaments, high school, or college.
Tennis camp anyone? Apply now to receive a scholarship from the USTA Texas Section to attend a Texas tennis camp. We have several scholarships to be awarded, but before you can receive one of the scholarships you must complete an application. 2010 USTA Texas Summer Camp Scholarship Application
A complete application consists of four parts:
1. Application Form
2. Two Letters of Recommendation
3. Essay, "What Tennis Means to Me!"
4. Documentation to support financial need.
After you have completed each part of the application, mail it to the USTA Texas Section Office. It must be post-marked by APRIL 2nd.

The tennis camp scholarships will send recipients to a weeklong Texas tennis camp that provides room, board, and tons of tennis. If you are selected, we will give you the camp director's contact information so that you may get the final details for your camp session, what you should pack, what time to arrive, etc.

The Texas Diversity Grant strives to reach players, ages 6-18, who are in need of financial assistance with expenses relating to both tournament preparation and tournament play. All levels are encouraged to apply. Grant awards will range from $300-$1000. The application will be available in October 2010 for 2011 with a deadline of January 30, 2011.
